i have a 3 bed townhouse in scott court just off milton street,this is a new build(hillcrest),At the top of the hill town,5 mins away from st peters and pauls primery school.i only moved in at october 08.
This house has a utility area and toilet,balcony.loads of storage, build in cuboards.

looking for 3 bed semi im mid craigie,linlathan or certain parts of whitfield only,Dont contact me about anyother area only want the ones ive listed.
must have garden
(angus housing asst or DCC only).(no flats)
(Due to personal reasons cant accept HOMES IN SCOTLAND HOUSES)
Willing to accept 2 bed semi if need be.


only reason im moving is my mum has took ill and i need to live nearer,so i can look after her and my kids go to the school there


Willing to leave carpets(cost £1000) and blinds only if your carpets and blinds are being lefted and are in good condition.
