Up for exchange is our one bed bungalow in sought after area of Norfolk.
When we moved in it needed alot of work doing to it.
Since then, we have spent over £9,500 both inside & out.
Internally we have re-decorated throughout in neutral colours.
We have had a new bathroom suite installed & the kitchen is up-to-date & it as new condition.
We have replaced all internal flooring so internally, there is nothing that needs doing.
Externally, we have re-landscaped the rear garden which is 70'x30', south facing & not overlooked.
The following will be left for any exchange partner moving in here either via a straight swap or multi.
A Large summer house that has been fully insulated & full electrics installed by a professional electrician #certificate will be left#.
Our son currently uses this as his bedroom so it is ideal for an extra bedroom or for when quests stay over.
A large shed that we currently use as our cattery measuring 20'x10', again fitted with full electrics (ideal for a large workshop) & a smaller shed measuring 6'x4'.
The rear garden has been fully slabbed with decorative stone areas ideal for planters plus a patio area. There is a side gate leading to the front of the property.
To the front of the bungalow, we have lowered the kerb for O/S/P for 2+ cars.
Our bungalow is heated by Electric Storage Heating but there is a fire place that we have been given permission to open up again, so there is an option for anyone moving in here to have an open fire in the lounge. We were going to do this ourselves if we were staying but have not gone ahead due to needing to move.
Our property is ideally located for easy access to Norwich which is 5 miles away, Great Yarmouth 12 miles away & the North Norfolk coast aprox 20 miles.
There is a Doctors surgery, good bus service & a shop in our village of Great Plumstead.
The village is surrounded by fields & is 1 mile from the A47 with good transport links to all major areas of East Anglia & the home counties via road & train/bus links. This is a lovely quiet village with fantastic neighbours & a beautiful bungalow. The only reason why we are putting this property up for exchange after spending out so much doing it up is because we need to move to Cornwall to be close to family & our supporting network.
The areas we are looking for are:- Redruth, Camborne, St Ives, Lanner, hayle,portleven,carharrack, or any village location within a 5-15 mile radius of these.
We do however need a bungalow. We would ideally like a 2 bed if possible but will accept a one bed for the right area.
Although a house would not be ideal for our needs, we would consider this as an option but it must be a 2 bed.
A large garden would be required in order for us to continue with our cats & to build a suitable size cattery in the rear garden.
Private O/S/P for atleast 2 cars is a must. A garage would be great but not essential aslong as the parking was private, no on street parking please.. Think we have covered pretty much everything but if you require any other details, Please ask.

We do have interest in our property including a 3 bed house in Romford, Essex so a 3 way or multi could be possible.
We are genuine exchange partners who are not time-wasters & whom have a very good reason for wanting to move.
