We have a well kept terraced house with a good sized back garden, that over looks the allotments.double glazed and central heating through out.laminated floor through the livng room and hall.Floor tiles in the kitchen.The house has fitted carpets going upstairs and in the bedrooms which we are happy to leave if we get an exchange.The bathroom has modern brickwork tiles and a fitted lino floor to blend in with the laminate.This is downstairs in the house.To the front of the house we have a small garden and a drive.both front and back garden have fairly new fencing and is very private to the rear.The neighbours are lovely and am only looking to exchange because of my husbands job.
