I currently reside with my wife and two children in a 2 bedroom end terraced house in Pappert, Alexndria. I have lived in the house for 7 years and the only reason i am looking for a swap is because quite simply i need extra room, especially since i now have two children. The neighbours are all very friendly and the area is also child friendly. All the neighbours hve lived here for years. If it wasn't for the fact i was looking for a 3 bedroom house, i wouldn't be moving.
My home is nicely decorated throughout and i have my own front and back garden which are both fenced off. A new kitchen has also been put in. The kitchen has been split in two. This was initially to make it a 3rd room but personally i still thought this was too small so i used it as a games room for my son which he loves.
My house is within five minutes walking distance to the shops, chemist, post office, library and 3 local primary schools being St Ronans, Highdykes, Ladyton.
This really will be a good house for someone.
I require a 3 or 4 bedroom house (no flats) and any area will be considered. I'm 100 per cent genuine and looking to move asap.
