I am wanting to swap my 1 bedroom ground floor flat (housing association) for a 1 bedroom flat in the withington, chorlton and fallowfield area for work purposes. It has seperate bedroom, living room and kitchen, cheep rent and council tax. The living room has french doors which you open into a little patio and very spacious communial garden. Due to position of the garden and the flat, it is private and not shared with any of the other flats.
