we have a x3 bedroom house/cottage. we are situated in a very pretty village, with a pub, bus route, and village shop/postoffice. Lots of pretty country walks. We have both a primary and secondsary school in neighbouring villages with free bus services from your village. And other primary scholls in other surrounding villages. Our road is a small cul de sac, with a park just off the road. Our house is a terrace of x4. Lovely neighbours. We have a large inclosed front and back garden. There is a place to park your car but no drive as yet though the housing assosication says they are going to look into it next yr. We have the right to buy. Our house is netural decor throughout. It has a new kitchen put in a couple of yrs ago. Bathroom also a couple of yrs old. own stairs bathroom. With main shower over bath. Oil central heating. Open log /coal fire. Nice size lounge. Average size kitchen, space for a double cooker, dishwahser and washing machine. Large conservatory which we use as our dinning room, approx 3mtrs by 5mtrs. Decking area straight out the back of the conservatory, nice big area, slightly raised grass area and then another area of decking to the back of the garden. We have a shed and a stone outhouse. Upstairs are x3 bedrooms, all fit double beds. front bedroom has airing cupboard in, this currently has a king size bed in, draws and wardrobe, so is of average size. the back bedroom is the smalest of all, we have a double bed, draws and double wardrobes in so again smaller but still a good size. The largest room runs from the front to the back of the house, this is a very large room and could even be split into 2 with a partition wall to make x2 bedrooms. There is loft space whih we have boarded approx half for storage, but again the loft space is hugh, it has potnetional for a very large bedroom or even x2 singles.
