Entire rear garden is fully enclosed. Also has large summerhouse, two ponds, brick built double shed with new double doors and pergola.

Large bright kitchen (runs front to back of house), white (non-council) fitted kitchen with built in cooker & hob. Moved here 7 months ago as a stepping stone and are now seeking a large 3 bedroom or 4 bedroom house rural or semi rural in Huddersfield (looking for Holmfirth, Kirkburton, Skelmanthorpe, Shelley type areas). Must have rear garden and off road or allocated parking is preferable, again due to health.

The neighbours here are fantastic and it's a very friendly area...It's a shame we can't just pick up the village and plonk it in Huddersfield!!

Lovely house and fab area. Soonest we would look at moving would be after xmas. That being said we have found a house we love that is only ten minutes from family so we are keen to set up a 3-way to get us there asap, particularly as we are finding the travelling over quite difficult due to ill health (need York to complete).

Local amenities within walking distance inc. small supermarket, newsagents, takeaway, beauty salon, library (with internet access) etc and we are an approximate 10 min drive to the largest supermarket (Asda). Lovely outdoor shopping village (http://www.visitdoncaster.co.uk/Tourism/places_to_visit/DoncasterLakeside.asp) also ten minute drive and a lovely lake to walk around down there aswell (ducks, swans etc...great for kids or to walk the dog or fab for jogging!!). Lots of country parks locally within a short drive, Yorkshire Wildlife Park is a five minute airport (http://www.robinhoodairport.com/) is an approximate 15-20 minute drive and access to M1, M62 and A1 are all available.
